Networking Sensors into Cognitive World

Retrofitted to conventional industrial standards, the WSN Mote can manage sensors to:

    • Imaging transfer on low-bandwidth RF.
    • Cognitive processes and recognition.
  • Low-power-consumption compared to other world leading products (such as TI and Atmel’s).

Enabling Technologies:

  • Proprietary image compression algorithm & Logic.
  • Configurable low-power Embedded VLIW DSP.
  • Asynchronous Embedded FPGA delivers high-speeds supporting 2GHz SoC logic, with Reconfigurable Computing Units of MPU, MCU and DSP.
  • Asynchronous Embedded Processor and signal convertors allowing ultra-low power consumption. Low-noise and supply-voltage adaptive operation supports next-gen cordless medical probe applications (smallest ECG probing devices).

Beijing Creative BioTech, Ltd. The contracted R&D is a series of efforts under the heading of "Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) Application – an agricultural demonstration." Creative BioTech’s chief scientist and CEO Li and FTC/SynTech’s Luo co-pioneered 10 WSN-driven data functions in a 4-D space (soil, plant, air, and time). Through data acquisition and monitoring/control through the 2 R&D stages, they pushed the WSN’s realistic and practical applications in conjunction with eco-, facility-, and accuracy-agriculture. Also explored is low-carbon agricultural and environmental improvements.
